In “Pad Khing Sod,” where “sod” signifi es

freshness, this dish showcases a medley of fresh ginger, onions, celery, and mushrooms, all stir-fried together in a delectable bean sauce.

Garlic Lover

A savory delight awaits in this dish, where your selected protein is sautéed with an abundance of garlic and complemented by tender steamed

broccoli florets and finished with a touch of black pepper for added fl avor.

Pad Prik Khing 🌶

Sautéed green beans combined with choice of

protein, a flavorful chili paste and fragrant spices.

Pad Eggplant 🌶

Sautéed eggplant and bell peppers cooked in a

Pad Broccoli
